Sports Performance Training

Youth-Photo-2If your off season conditioning program consists of traditional strength (power cleans, deadlifts, squats, bench presses, etc.), bodybuilding (working muscle groups on specific days), and cardiovascular programs (treadmill, running outside, elliptical, bike, etc.) given to you by your coach, most of the results will not carry over to the court or field. You must also incorporate the other often overlooked aspects of off season conditioning – mobility, agility, coordination, balance, specific core movements, and single & double limb power production. The Sports Performance Training program offered at Finn’s Functional Fitness can be integrated with the recommended school workout.

M-W-F 1:30 – 2:30 Ages 10 – 14 $180 • 2:30 – 3:30 Ages 15 – 22 $180
T-Th 1:30 – 2:30 Ages 10 – 14 $128 • 2:30 – 3:30 Ages 15 -22 $128
